Kizilagac
Kizilagac is located 5 km's to the city of Bodrum, and is situated in the east
part of the peninsula where the area is covered with green forest with pine and
olive trees. There is excellent sea view from the hills, restaurants with large
gardens, and the village. The road continues to many small and cute villages
scattered in the forest. Here the countryside retains all its rustic charm and
the forested mountains are perfect for long treks in the shade of tall trees.
Jeep safaris are organized also to explore the region. Other activities may be
added the exploration of the ancient Lelegian and Carian sites, as vestiges of
the cities of Syangela and Theangela lie in this region.
